Meal with JuAhn Church
THIS SUNDAY, Sep 20, After Worship
Light Lunch with JuAhn after worship. If you are able, please bring SANDWICHES, SIDES or DESSERTS. (please come even if you are unable to bring anything)
Food should be brought to the gym BEFORE Worship. We will have helpers to put the food on the tables, or refrigerate things where needed. (if you want to be one of our helpers, email Pastor Mark).
All food should be brought READY to SERVE. We can keep things cold, but we are unable to heat things up or give space to prepare foods. Please cut sandwiches and desserts so they are easy for people to grab a piece. Please do not bring things that need to be dished out (so ham and cheese sandwich or chicken salad sandwich cut in quarters would be good choices, a crock pot of sloppy Joe and bag of rolls would not be a good choice)
Parents: Children should remain in the gym or fireplace room either with you or where you can keep an eye on them. Please do not allow children to go to other parts of the building.

Alpha Course
Gathering Interest - Contact Pastor Mark
Alpha is a safe place to ask some of the deepest questions of life, faith and meaning. It is a free, interactive series of 11 sessions designed to help people explore the basics of the Christian faith in a relaxed, open, and non-judgmental environment. Everyone is welcome, regardless of beliefs. We have a meal together, then watch a video together that helps us to discuss the issues we each face in our lives. Everyone and all questions are welcome!
This is designed for those in the community as well as those in the church. If you or anyone you know might have an interest contact Pastor Mark. We are considering starting a group later in September if there is interest. Possibly Wednesday nights.
Recap Women’s Group Starts the New Testament
Kick-off Get Together - Friday, October 2 at 7pm
We would love to have new and returning Bible readers join us for the New Testament reading plan through the end of 2026. We will have a kick off get-together Friday, October 2 at 7:00pm (at the Gliko's Home) and monthly Saturday morning gatherings for fellowship and discussion (at Grace)
This is a low pressure way to develop a Bible-reading habit, learn about God’s character, and embrace opportunities to meditate on Scripture with other women. Grace is a given for self-pacing with the reading plan and all are welcome!
See Danielle Gliko or Kathy Schmit for details or find the group on the Church app below.
Fall Baptism
We are planning for a fall Baptism and Membership Service. If you would like to be baptized or to join the church please talk to Pastor Aaron ASAP so we can be sure to get you in! Contact Pastor Aaron.

Did You Know?
The first in a series of fun facts from the first100 years of Grace
Grace Started in a Tent! In the 1920's the Gospel Heralds came to Chester, PA to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ! They set up a big white tent and began meeting people and preaching the Gospel. As more people began to come they officially formed as a church in 1926 as part of the Menonite Brethren in Christ denomination (what would later become the Bible Fellowship Church, but that is a story for another day)
