Please send any news for each set of two weeks to [**office@gracebfc.org**](mailto:office@gracebfc.org) by the Wednesday before publication. **Publishing Dates:** July 3, 17, 31 August 14, 28 --- ## June / July Groups and Programs - **Sunday Morning Kids** ~ On **June 21, June 28, and July 5**, we will **NOT have the older Children's Church**. We will instead have kids in grades 1-6 remain in the service with their families. We will provide a children's bulletin for them. **All other nursery and children's areas should be open as usual**. - **Image Bearers Class** ~ will **NOT** meet this coming Sunday so everyone can be present for baptism. Will resume again next Sunday. - **3rd Sunday Kingdom Conversations** ~ Will **NOT** meet in June or August. Next conversation is currently scheduled for **July 19 at 6:30 pm**. - **Grace Groups** ~ While many groups continue to meet in the summer, some do take a break, while others meet less frequently or at alternate locations. If you are part of group, be sure to check with your group leader for your current schedule. All are given important gifts by God to be used for the benefit of the church and the world around. **We are committed to finding God-honoring places for all people and all giftings within the church.** Additionally, the Elders did seek to **clarify how we think specifically about preaching at Grace on a Sunday Morning.** They carefully considered the committee's report, the Elders' own studies of the Bible, and recent decisions of the Bible Fellowship Church. They concluded that preaching in the weekly gathering of the church is done under the authority of the Elders, and therefore, those who preach should be carefully vetted by the Elders. They also concluded that the Sunday sermon in particular should be limited to qualified men at this time. To help with Children contact [**Fuzzy**](mailto:dphillips@gracebfc.org), with Image Bearers contact [**Pastor Mark**](mailto:mbickel@gracebfc.org) - **NURSE for VICTORY VALLEY -** Victory Valley needs an **RN for two weeks of camp** this summer and need your help finding someone who loves Jesus and is willing to volunteer for a week or part of a week of camp. The priority is a Teen week, which includes Cabin Camp, Outpost, and Day Camp, running from **July 19th at 1:30pm through July 24th at 7pm**. The nurse would stay on site from Sunday through Friday, or whatever portion they can cover. One of our veteran nurses is available to assist that week but cannot cover the full week. We also need a nurse to cover **July 13th through July 17th**, from 8am to 4pm each day. That week is for Day Camp only and is usually very quiet for the nurse. Victory Valley carries liability insurance that serves as the primary coverage for all volunteer nurses. We are cleaning out several of the offices, so over the next two weeks, there will be tables in the gym with items we no longer use that **you can take for FREE**. Some is new, some is used. There are office supplies as well as furniture! But if you like it, be sure to take it. We will be disposing of everything not claimed! In preparation for building the ADA Family Restroom, we are moving the main office for the church down the hall. **The main office will have a temporary set-up in what used to be Pastor Tim's office** , the office to the right of the side entrance to the church, across from Aaron's office.
